The Lodge is absolutely fantastic: quiet, serene, thoughtful. As we said in passing, having found the farm shop and the butchers in Welshpool we felt no need to leave the peacefulness of the Lodge, the kitchen alone has everything you want (complete with fresh herbs) and the view from the dinner table cannot be beaten by any restaurant. So with that in mind we would like to come back please!
